One of my Summer favorites is Popsicles!!!! I just love the bright colors and the tasty sugary sweetness of them!!!

Basic Grey Challenges Blog is baaaccckk!!!!

Remember when I posted that the blog was gone private and I couldn't understand why! Well, they showed up in my Google Reader this morning!!! Wahoo!!! Apparently they were renovating the blog and getting ready for some changes!!! I think the blog looks awesome, now!! And, I'm so excited that they are back because "me likey Basic Grey"!!!
And, that's not all! They are offering some yummy blog candy!

Another miserable day, weather -wise :o(

Anyway, here's what I have to show you today!!!

Miss Meika found a coffee cup that I had forgotten on the floor and went right to town tearing it up! Well, when I looked down at what she was doing THIS was on the floor staring at me and whispering, "USE ME, YOU KNOW YOU WANNA!!!!"

...So what's a crafter to do?? I made this card! Meika had torn it out EXACTLY as I used it! I thought it was so cute!

JUST WANTED TO ESPRESSO MY THANKS!

I think I'll save these cups from now on and tear out the picture on it and make more cards. I just won't leave Meika to do the tearing as this was just a fluke...or was it??!!! Maybe, deep down, she's a crafter too!!!

Well, it's July 20th and the summer is going WAYYY too fast! We haven't had a great summer so far, weather-wise. It's sunny and warm here today,however, it's WINDY!!!

Tamara posted an awesome challenge on our Christmas Cards All Year 'Round blog that I just HAD to take!!!

She challenged us to use the SAME stamp and make 3 different cards AND... use the stamp in 3 different ways!!

*I heat embossed this one with gold embossing powder.MERRY CHRISTMAS

*I used a paper casting on the stamp and once it was dried I added gold Stickles to it.

*This one is stamped in green ink and a few dots of gold Stickles added to it.

And here's DOPLHIE III. Yep, it's the third dolphin we've had like this and the kids LOVE him!!! I almost didn't buy one this summer because Todd said, "Don't go wasting money on that stuff. It only gets busted and goes in the garbage. But I am glad I didn't listen to him because Carra came all the way from Calgary and what she was looking forward to seeing first when she visited us was Dolphie!!! She said "I can't wait to see the dolphin!". Am I ever glad he was here for her!

Oh, but Miss Meika is not crazy about Dolphie III though. She watches him floating around the pool (like a dophin would) and barks her head off and growls at him! Here's a couple of clips of her barking at him.
